Why can't I click save after I import the data?

When I imported music to Picard and scanned Acoust ID, it couldn’t find any match data. So I tried to find data in MusicBrainz and found out matched data.

Searched album as barcode and imported data to Picard app, but after import I couldn’t click save (I can only click save when click music file, not when click the data at the right side)

What should I do?
