Won't open on Mac Sonoma

I’m downloading the mac file
2.12 macOS 10.14+ (x86_64)

When i copy the application to the applications folder, and I try opening it, it quits unexpectedly before even opening.

When I manually run the picard-run file (to try and debug), I get the following:
